Rotations in Agreement: Rethinking Movement, Coordination, and Performance

  • Your living room Anywhere (map)

What if the problem isn’t dysfunction—what if it’s disagreement?

In this 75-minute online workshop, we challenge the traditional view of “dysfunctional” movement. Instead of focusing on what’s wrong, we explore what’s possible when we shift our attention to the rotational nature of human movement.

Movement is rotation. A series of rotations—global and local—come together to produce coordinated, efficient, and effective motion. When these rotations are in agreement, movement feels smooth, powerful, and connected. When they aren’t, we experience friction, disconnection, or inefficiency—not dysfunction.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
🔁 Identify global vs. local rotations in the body
⚖️ Determine whether rotations are in agreement or conflict
🔍 Shift from a dysfunction-first mindset to a possibility-first perspective
🏃‍♂️ Apply these concepts to common patterns like running, throwing, and kicking

Whether you’re a coach, clinician, athlete, or curious mover, this session will expand your understanding of coordination and help you see movement through a new lens—one grounded in rhythm, rotation, and agreement.

Join us and reframe what you think you know about movement.

*The recording will be available for 72 hours after the webinar.

**Time is in PDT.
